Important Safety Warning: Avoid Scams
Tech support scams are common. Scammers may call you pretending to be from a well-known company and try to gain access to your computer and financial information. Please remember this critical rule:
Widomaker will NEVER initiate an unsolicited phone call to request remote access to your computer.
Only Allow Remote Access If:
- YOU initiated the contact. You called us first using a phone number from our official website or your billing statement.
- You are speaking with a Widomaker technician you know and have an existing support issue with.
- The technician has directed you to this page as part of a scheduled support session.
> How It Works
Schedule an Appointment
First, contact us to discuss your issue. We will determine if a remote session is the best approach and schedule a time that works for you. Billing will be discussed and agreed upon before the session begins.
Connect With Your Technician
At the scheduled time, your technician will provide you with a secure PIN code. You will be directed to enter this code into our remote support portal to initiate the secure connection.
